Description

A refreshing frozen raspberry lemonade smoothie made with fresh or frozen raspberries, frozen lemonade concentrate, half and half, and a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Perfect for a cool, fruity treat on warm days.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4½ cups ice cubes

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon slices
  • Additional fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Measure and gather all the ingredients including raspberries, frozen lemonade concentrate, half and half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes for easy blending.
  2. Combine in Blender: Place the raspberries, frozen lemonade concentrate, half and half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes into the blender. Add the ingredients in the order listed for easier blending unless using frozen raspberries.
  3. Blend Smooth: Blend the mixture until the raspberries and ice are fully smooth and reach your desired consistency, adjusting blending time as needed.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Pour the frozen raspberry lemonade into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices, or additional fresh raspberries as preferred. Serve with a straw for easy drinking.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of ice cubes or half and half to achieve your preferred thickness and consistency.
  • Using fresh raspberries may require a bit more ice for a thicker consistency compared to frozen raspberries.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute half and half with coconut milk or almond milk.
  • Use chilled ingredients to reduce blending time and achieve a colder smoothie.
