Main Ingredients
- 4 packets ramen noodles, discard flavor packet
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch casserole dish with baking spray and place it on a baking tray for easier handling.
- Prepare Ramen Noodles: Break each square of ramen noodles in half through the middle to create smaller pieces suitable for layering.
- Layer the Lasagna: Place one layer of ramen noodles on the bottom of the casserole dish. Spread 2 cups of tomato sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Repeat Layers: Add a second layer of broken ramen noodles on top of the first. Spread the remaining 2 cups of tomato sauce evenly, then top with the remaining 1 cup of parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake the assembled dish for 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is fully melted and golden.
- Serve: Remove from oven and serve immediately while hot. Enjoy your comforting ramen lasagna.
Notes
- Use fresh or good-quality tomato sauce for best flavor.
- Feel free to add cooked vegetables or cooked ground meat between layers for a heartier dish.
- Allow the lasagna to rest for about 5 minutes after baking for easier slicing.
- You can substitute mozzarella with a blend of Italian cheeses if desired.
- Be careful not to overcook the noodles before baking as they will soften further in the oven.
