- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons half and half
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Make Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Use a handheld mixer on medium speed to mix until just combined, forming a very thick dough.

- Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, and half and half until smooth.
